According to Le Parisien the total cost of the operation would be close to 300million euros. Barca have offered Dembele on loan plus €170m of the Brazilian.
Paris Saint Germain have presented a counter offer to Barcelona in an attempt to push through Neymar's transfer although it seems unlikely Barca will accept. PSG would be willing to sell the Brazilian for 100million euros plus Ousmane Dembele and Nelson Semedo, according to reports in french daily Le parisien.
That would effectively raise Neymar's asking price from 250 to 300 million euros, and show that PSG are not willing to budget an inch negotiations or back down from their initial evaluation of the player.

Dembele has a buy out clause of 400 million euros and Semedo's is set at 100 million, with phillipe Coutinho out on loan at Bayern, there are only 2 players Barca can offer Al -khelafi as a make weight in the generation.
